More than fifteen years in managing positions in Deloitte Serbia and AIK bank.
She is an expert on IAS / IFRS reporting and local accounting regulations
She was manager for the Audit and assurance for the banks and for the industry as well as engagements on financial advisory. Responsible for verification of established and implemented internal control relevant to fair presentation of financial statements, preparation of comprehensive audit reports and presentation of audit opinions to Audit Partners and Clients describing scope, process overview, observations and management action plans. Significant experience as a lead manager on financial due diligence, business processes review and improvement, finance transformation and KPI analysis engagements in various industries.
As a Director of Accounting and reporting department in AIK bank, she was directly responsible to the Member of the Executive Board responsible for the finance and was responsible for the preparation of all Financial statements of the bank, tax treatment, consolidation of the banking group on the level of Serbia as well as EU, cooperation with the statutory auditors, daily and periodical reporting for the NBS, ECB and the other regulators. She was managing the team which implemented and exercised the first Serbian bank reporting system towards ECB in DPM model for AIK and Gorenjska bank as well as their subsidiaries.
Jelena Milovanović

She is an expert on IAS/IFRS reporting and local accounting regulations
Jelena was director of the Accounting and Tax Department and Deputy Director of the Finance Sector for the accounting and Executive Director of the Financial Management Center in NLB Bank from 1994 to 2016 and then director of the Accounting Department in OTP Bank until 2020 and AIK Bank until 2024. She was managing the complete financial and accounting operations of the banks, being responsible for preparation of financial reports, tax balance sheets, application of IAS/IFRS, analysis of the margins by application of transfer prices, application of tax regulations, especially in the part of the interpretation and application of the Tax on profit, Property tax, VAT, Personal Income tax and avoidance of double taxation. She is especially dedicated to tax planning as an instrument for optimizing tax obligations. She is an expert in setting up and determining accounting schemes and rules for all business transactions.
It is pointed out that she has signed and was responsible for drawing up 25 bank’s Financial Reports in Serbia, without a single subsequent opening of the reports nor need for any correction.
Milan Mirkov

More than twenty years in management positions in banking industry, deputy general director at the National Bank of Serbia, leading advisor for Serbia at KfW Entwicklungsbank Frankfurt, member of the Executive Board of Vojvođanska Bank and member of the Executive Board, COO of AIK Bank.
Among other things, in the NBS, responsible and direct participant in the creation of the legal framework for banks, insurance and leasing companies in Serbia, one of the project holders for the introduction of the new payment system in Serbia RTGS&Bulk payment system, the transformation of ZOP, the establishment of CRHOV and the Register of Financial Statements (later part of APR), creation and introduction of the Dina Card, switching clearing and settlement house for foreign cards in Serbia, construction of the NBS new office building in Slavija.
At KfW, he participated in the project to establish the Development Bank of Serbia.
In Vojvođanska banka, he managed all legal affairs and affairs of managing and reducing troubled asset portfolio.
Responsible for the digitization of AIK bank products, the introduction of video identification, management of the operations and cash management of the bank, ICT management, leading the largest development real estate projects and transactions in the country, e.g. AFI City Zmaj, led and executed a portfolio of 145 million euros of real estate, purchase, design, construction and relocation of the new office building of AIK Bank – B23.
